Frequently Asked Question -- "Transaction Cannot Be Processed" error message

This typically means that the transaction was declined by your bank.  This more commonly occurs with banks outside of the United States.

To resolve this error, you should try another credit card, preferably one drawn on a U.S.-based bank.

Alternatively, you may transfer the price of your subscription package to us via PayPal (ophthoquestions@gmail.com), and we can activate your subscription manually.  OphthoQuestions is our parent company whose payment processor account we use.

Just e-mail us after you have transferred the funds via PayPal so that we can activate your subscription promptly.
